Customer Experience Specialist – Senior, Allina

 

Responsibilities :

Perform coordinated complex scheduling support with an emphasis on customer service to enhance the Allina Health consumer experience. Assist patients and clinical professionals by providing resources to limited English proficiency patients and/or complex orders based hospital scheduling, registration and prior authorization.

 

Education :

High School diploma or GED required. 2 years post high school education preferred.

 

Qualifications/Skills :

Two years of customer service experience required.
1 year experience in a healthcare setting required.
Experience with appointment scheduling required.
Intra-departmental experience preferred.
​Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications through previous work and/or school experience.

 

Work Schedule – Additional Position Details :

40 hours per week
1st or 2nd shift

The Allina Contact Center is growing and expanding. In Summer of 2019, the Allina Health Customer Experience Center will open in Coon Rapids, MN. At that time, this position will relocate to Coon Rapids.
